The remarkable renovation of the derelict plot of land on the Avenue Van Volxem in Brussells was from the very outset designed to meet the requirements of sustainable development. The owner of the project chose Socotec to help it obtain HQE® (High Environmental Quality) certification.

NATO is constructing new headquarters in Brussels to replace those built in the sixties. The new building, which has a very symbolic design, is particularly notable for its ecofriendly construction. Socotec was chosen to carry out the technical inspections during both the design phase and the final handover.
