Governance at Socotec
On 1 December 2009, Socotec adopted the status of a société anonyme (public limited company) with a Supervisory Board and an Executive Board.
The Executive Board is composed of:

- Franck OLAGNOL, Head of Operations, France
- Jacques JESSENNE, Head of Business Development and External Relations

Socotec, a global risk management services provider, has just acquired a majority stake in Sophia Audit SA, a Belgian company originally founded in 1984 under the name AME (Audit Maintenance Energie).
